Justus-Tiawah will be closed on Tuesday, January 21, for a Snow Day

The junior high art class has been working with different paint mediums. They painted snow globes using watercolor and then used acrylic paint to create a unique abstract interpretation inspired by art from Sandra Silberzweig’s collection.

As we prepare for our spring athletics season, we need to have an informational meeting for all those 5th-8th graders (boys and girls) looking to play soccer. We will have a quick parents meeting on Thursday, January 23rd, at 5 pm in the Garroutte Gymnasium.

Wildcat care will be open till 4:30 for only regular attending Wildcat care (daycare)students.

J-T will dismiss school and run buses today 1 hour early at 2:15. If you will not be home to meet the bus an hour early, call the office and we will keep your students at school until you can arrive.

Starting today, the Yellow Route (bus #2) has a new leg to the route and will make drop off about 7-10 minutes later than last semester. This change will only affect the afternoon route.

The lady Wildcats came together to cheer on the Hillcats!! Wildcats had a great time supporting the Hillcats at the RSU women’s game! It’s always special to be invited in the locker room to meet the players and get autographs after a great victory. A little team bonding and memories made!! Way to go, Hilcats!




JT girls basketball team is staying dedicated over the break! They have spent several of their days off practicing, or at open gym!! Their hard work and commitment will definitely pay off. Love seeing the effort and team spirit. Proud to be a Wildcat indeed! Keep up the great work, ladies!


This past Monday, all Bands and the Choir held their Christmas Concert!





Third Grade has a Grinch Day!
They pinned the heart on the Grinch, did a science experiment to grow the Grinch’s heart, and had all kinds of Grinch goodies!
The Grinch himself even came and delivered the treats!!!!!
