The JT 5th-6th Wildcats secured another victory against Anderson last night, putting together a strong team effort. The defense was outstanding, particularly in limiting the opposition’s top player to zero points. On offense, Faulconer led the way with nine points, while Grubb and Rackleff each chipped in with four points. Victory and Thompson also contributed, each adding two points. It was a well-rounded performance that kept the team solid on both ends of the court! The 7th- 8th-grade JT Wildcats faced off against Anderson in a hard-fought game. It was a back-and-forth battle until the end of the third quarter when Anderson’s #3, Bozone, helped them pull ahead with a nine-point swing from beyond the three-point line. Despite this, the Wildcats never gave up, continuing to fight and close the gap as the game progressed. Leading the offense for the Wildcats was Kirkendall with 6 points, while Cutsinger contributed 5, Rich added 4, and Crittenden chipped in with 2. Overall, it was a much better performance compared to their previous matchup with Anderson, with the Wildcats showing great effort and improved execution of their plays.
