If your child/children are going to play softball this year, we are asking that you email Coach Denney ( jdenney@justustiawah.com ) and provide athlete(s) name and grade. There will be parent meeting at the first practice August 3rd at 6:30pm at the softball field at the south campus. Practices the first week will be from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Athletes cannot begin participating in practice until they have a physical.

Because Dr. Hardage, who normally provides our physicals on campus at the beginning of the year, is being restricted from doing so, athletes will need to complete a physical through their primary care physician,Urgent Care, or call Dr. Hardage’s office directly. Dr. Hardage is doing it at a discount rate. Athletes must have a physical before they are able to practice. You can access the physical pages at http://www.ossaa.net/docs/2016-17/MiscForms/MF_2016-17_PhysicalForm.pdf . The physical form is two pages in length. One page should be completed by a parent or guardian, and the second page completed by the doctor administering the physical. Good Evening 8th Grade Families! We are looking forward to our 8th Grade Graduation tomorrow evening at 6pm at First Baptist Church in Claremore. Doors at the north and south entrances of the sanctuarty will open at 5:40pm. Please keep in mind we are social distancing and there will be assigned seating for families, so please be patient when you arrive. We will be live streaming the graduation on our Justus-Tiawah Facebook page. Graduates will enter with their family and go up to the choir room to await instruction as to how they will be entering the graduation. Typically, we have practiced this several time, so please be flexible. There will be an informal reception at Gazebo park following the graduation. Mrs. Huckeby will be taking pictures as well. We are all looking forward to honoring your 8th grade graduates tomorrow evening.
Graduation photos will be taken AFTER tomorrow’s 6 p.m. ceremony (First Baptist Church).
Photo packages will be available for purchase. Please do not forget to have your photo taken after the ceremony if you would like to order a package.

Parents: Just a reminder that all returning students need to return enrollment papers. Enrollment packets can be turned into the blue box in the corner of the North Campus parking lot. If your child is a returning student and needs an enrollment packet, please call the office to make arrangements for pickup. You can also print off enrollment papers from the website: www.justustiawah.com look for documents then enrollment packets 20-21.
The next new student enrollment will be July 21-22 at the North Campus. If your child will be a new student at Justus-Tiawah, we ask that you wait until this time to fill out paperwork and enroll your child.

Class of 2020 Zebras who are former JT students came for a walk through today! Once a Wildcat, always a Wildcat!
Parents: for report card pickup at the north campus, please enter through the north road. Jr. high parents will circle through the normal pickup loop to say goodbye and pick up your report card. Elementary parents will pick up your report cards through the loop in front of the elementary and then loop through the big parking lot to say goodbye to the elementary staff. You can drop off books and devices at the place you pick up your report card.
Tomorrow, May 21 from 3:00-5:00 we are having report card and award pick up at each campus location. Families may drop off devices, books, enrollment packets, pay outstanding bills, etc... Weather permitting the teachers and staff will be there tailgate style to say goodbye to our students as families drive through. Elementary staff will park around the perimeter of the north parking lot. Jr. high staff will park around the center of the parking lot to the east of the elementary building. South Campus staff will park around the parking lot. Looking forward to seeing you all!
