If you need to return paperwork, please place them in the Blue Bin located in the Northeast corner of the parking lot.

Message from Mrs Vanaman CHS counselor:
8th grade parents of students coming to Claremore next year- I just sent out an email with the link to the zoom meeting this evening at 6pm. (It’s the same link that was in the packet you picked up on Sunday). If you did not get an email, and would like the link emailed to you, please send me an email - cvanaman@claremore.k12.ok.us
We will be going over information about the high school, as well as course requests for next year. Even if you have had older children come through the high school previously, I strongly encourage you and your student to join the meeting! Email me with any questions.

Talented Show entries need to be sent to jadmire@justustiawah.com by Wednesday, May 6.

Reminder: Enrollment Packet pickup will be today 1-3 pm at the North Campus. This is for JT students who will be returning in the fall. All current students must re enroll. We need current paperwork on file each year.
New student enrollment will be the week of May 18th. We will not be able to accept paperwork on new students today.

If you have an 8th grader who will be attending Claremore High School next year, I will be at the North Campus on Sunday from 1-3 during the enrollment packet pick up with CHS enrollment packets for your student. We will be having a Zoom meeting on Tuesday, 5/5 at 6pm to go over the enrollment information that Coach Key (freshmen principal) and I usually go over when we go to Justus to meet with your students. The meeting will include information on making course selections for schedules. Login information for the zoom meeting will be in the packet, or you can email me and I will send you a link. I will schedule another drive by later in the week to pick up your completed packets and course requests. If you have questions please feel free to comment on here, or email me at cvanaman@claremore.k12.ok.us

In the Northeast corner of the North Campus parking lot, is a blue collection box. It says Hope Harbor on it. Hope Harbor has generously offered us the use of the box so we can collect enrollment forms and library books (from both campuses). It is checked on a regular basis, so please don’t hesitate about putting your items in the box. We hope this clears up any confusion!
