JT School: JT Family: Unfortunately we have had two positive cases in our 5th grade. Because of the large percentage that would have been quarantined due to contact tracing and because our older grades switch classes more often, we have made the decision to quarantine our entire 5th grade class through at least this week. We greatly appreciate the understanding and efforts of our 5th grade parents. The CDC has recommended some revised quarantine guidelines, and we are in the process of working with our local Health Department officials to get the appropriate guidance.

JT Family: Hope everyone had a safe and fun Thanksgiving Break! We are returning in person tomorrow, November 30th. However, due to the recent spike in cases in our community, masks (preferably not gators and no visors without a mask) are going to be mandatory throughout the school day. Masked can be taken off when students are seated and eating. Reminder also that students should board the bus with a mask on and keep it on for the duration. Food is not allowed on the bus. Please have these conversations with students. Please know we are going to continue to do everything we can in our mitigation efforts here at school in order to keep students and staff safe and us in-person as long as possible. As always, thank you for your understanding and we’ll see you tomorrow!

6th, 7th and 8th grade parents who were unable to pick up a device on Friday, make sure to send a $25 check and the “Device Loan Agreement” signed by student and parent to school next week with your student and they will be able to pick up their device. If you already have a device for your student, they are not required to take a school Chrome Book (Device Loan Agreement can be found on our website in pop up banner and under documents)
