5th Grade Parents: Today we have had a positive case in the 5th grade and have had to quarantine several more 5th grade students. Because 5th and 6th grade share many electives, we had to quarantine many yesterday. To help stop any further spread or quarantines and hopefully get us through in person next week, the decision has been made to distance learn with 5th grade tomorrow, Friday. This will allow us also to thoroughly disinfect. Teachers will push out assignments through Google Classroom or email them directly. Note: If your 5th grader has been quarantined, please know the original quarantine dates still apply.
There will be no 5th/6th grade tutoring today.
7th/8th grade.....You will be attending the Veteran's Day Parade today. Please dress appropriately for the cooler weather.
JT Family: Out of care and safety for our Veterans we made the difficult decision again this year to forego our Veteran's Assembly. This is an event that is near and dear to our heart as we have the utmost appreciation, love, and respect for all our Veterans and do not take their enormous sacrifice for granted. Different grades have learned about and honored our Veterans in different ways. Our Jr. High expressed our appreciation by attending the Veterans Parade in Claremore today. We cannot wait until we can pack the gym to justly honor our Veteran's again.
Blue and Gold pick up today from 1:30-5:30 in the David Garroutte gym lobby. Freezer space is limited. All orders need to be picked up today. Thank you for making this fundraiser a success!!
JT Family: As the COVID numbers have decreased at the Jr. High, there has been an uptick with our 6th grade. Because of this, we are going to go to distance learning for 6TH GRADE ONLY tomorrow, Thursday, and Friday.
6th Grade Parents: Although we have not been hit by COVID issues at the South Campus up until this point, we have had to quarantine a number of 6th grade students this week. Because of this, we are going to go to distance learning for THE 6TH GRADE ONLY on Thursday, November 11th and Friday, November 12th. This will allow for some separation as well as give us a chance to disinfect thoroughly. Teachers will push out assignments through Google Classroom or email them directly. Note: If your 6th grader has been quarantined, please know the original quarantine dates still apply.
8th grade Parents/Guardians
If you have not turned in your pie order forms and money yet please have it to the JH office by tomorrow. If you cannot get it to the school during school hours please contact the JH office so arrangements can be made.
