The 7th-8th grade Lady Wildcats, along with a few 5th and 6th graders, kicked off their season last Tuesday at Cleora with an impressive win, beating their opponents by 20 points. The team showcased strong man-to-man defense, occasionally switching to a zone, and demonstrated excellent teamwork and offensive movement, pushing the pace up and down the court. Rogers led the scoring with 11 points, followed by Hepler with 6. P. Crittenden contributed 4 points, while Grubb, Faulconer, Fletcher, Lang, and Thompson each added 2 points.
Great start to the season! Excited to keep working and improving. Let’s go, Wildcats!
