
7th and 8th grade Justus-Tiawah students auditioned for the Green Country Band Director’s Association honor band, in Catoosa, on Saturday, November 9th.

Due to a staff meeting tomorrow, tutoring for 2nd grade will be canceled. No 2nd grade tutoring, tomorrow November 13th!

Justus-Tiawah is ready to celebrate and honor our Veterans! Program begins at 9:30 in the David Garroutte Gymnasium.




Retakes/activity groups/class group pictures date has been changed to Friday, Nov. 22!

Our Veteran’s Assembly will be tomorrow morning at 9:30 am in the David Garroutte gymnasium. We look forward to honoring our Veteran’s. This year the student council wanted to have a light coffee and pastry reception in the lobby of the gym from 8:45-9:20 am for any Veterans who would like to come.
Monday we are also starting a canned food drive again this year to benefit the Good Samaritan Food Pantry. Students are encourage to bring non-perishable food items to help those in need. The drive will last until Thursday, November 21st at 10am. The homeroom that collects the most cans will receive a pizza party.

Lost and Found at JT Elementary... there are lots of items that need to be claimed. Inquire at the office for them or have your child claim it and put it on or in their backpack! Please remember to write names in jackets and lunch pails.
Please claim your items.. so many items have not been claimed and will be donated to the school for other students that may need them it not picked up by November 22, 2019.

The JR High students that are on Mrs. Sterba's RSU competition drone team meet tomorrow in the Jr. High computer lab. This meeting will be 3:45-4:45. Parents must have their students picked up by 5:00 or they will be sent to aftercare in the old gym.
