JT Family: Attached is our school calendar for the 2023-2024 School Year. We are doing away with early release Fridays and replacing it with seven half day Fridays throughout the year, so teachers will again have a chance to collaborate but for a longer time in one session. We want to let you know ahead of time we will not offer aftercare on those Fridays. We will again have five built in snow days. You can access the calendar at the following:

We have our Most Miles Ran in Running Club winners, Lucy Conger and Avery Hanks! Lucy is in the 2nd Grade, and Avery is in the 3rd. Congratulations to both! See you in the fall!

Parents: South Campus Awards Assembly will be Tuesday, May 16th, in the South Campus Gym. It will begin at 8:30 am.

Parents: Today, Friday, May 12th is the last day to charge for lunches. Please make arrangement to pay your outstanding lunch balance as soon as possible. Our total outstanding balance is pretty large and could end up being a considerable burden on the school.

8th Grade Families: If you have a student athletes who is transferring to Claremore and plan to participate in fall or summer sports, parents need to fill out all enrollment/transfer forms and turn them into our enrollment center. PLEASE tell the enrollment center that they were instructed to request that their paperwork be delivered to Mr. Frazier's office upon receiving it. Parents and Families: Because the majority of our students with be at the North Campus this afternoon, all of our bus routes will be starting from the North Campus today. WE WILL SHUTTLE THE SOUTH CAMPUS CAR RIDERS SOUTH FOR THOSE WHO ARE CAR RIDERS THERE AND PARENTS CAN PICK UP THERE AS NORMAL. Some students on bus routes may arrive home a few minutes earlier today. Thank you and have a good evening.

South Campus Parents: Good Morning, on Friday afternoon during dismissal, out of anger a threat was made to bring a gun to school by a student. it is important for you to know and be reassured that we do not take these statements lightly and are working and will continue to work with the Sheriff's Department in this matter. The is no active threat at this time due to steps that have been taken. Have a great day!

The 6th, 7th and 8th grade Justus-Tiawah band just received TWO straight Superior ratings and a Sweepstakes trophy at the Heartland Music Festival in Guthrie, OK!!
Way to go, JT Band, for keeping that winning streak going! In addition to the Sweepstakes trophies, Dominic Williams and Gabriel Diaz received individual awards, and the saxophone and percussion sections received best sections! Congratulations to ALL!
